Increase of Data Allowance
We will be putting in requests for mobile data increases for disadvantaged children and young people, who are not able to attend school due to national lockdown restrictions. If you have no fixed broadband at home and cannot afford additional data for their devices, the school will apply on your behalf for an increase in mobile data allowance, which runs up to July 2021.

Data Allowance
We are unsure how successful this process will be and what criteria the network providers will use to determine if increases are given out. Each provider will vary in how quickly they process requests but once a network provider has completed a data increase, they will send a text message to the account holder.
